This is really nice. Love the atmosphere and brushwork. What surface do you paint on, if you don’t mind me asking?

Thanks for the compliment. Genereally I use thin masonite plates – it`s a cheap but good material for smaller paintings. Before painting I simply add two coatings of white waterbased varnish. Best wishes, Martin.
